At Camping Les Rives du Douet, we are committed to providing every guest with a warm, personal and high-quality welcome.
To ensure the best possible reception, we kindly recommend that you plan your arrival from 2:00 p.m. onwards.
During the morning, our team is mainly occupied with:
– checking out departing guests;
– preparing and inspecting pitches and accommodation;
– organising arrivals for the day.
This organisation allows us to welcome you in the best conditions, answer your questions and help you settle in comfortably.

By arriving in the afternoon, you will generally benefit from:
– a pitch or accommodation that is fully prepared;
– a smoother and more personalised check-in;
– the best conditions to start your holiday.

Early arrivals remain possible… depending on availability
We understand that some guests may wish to arrive earlier.
Whenever your pitch is ready and our reception team is available, we will do our best to let you check in as soon as possible.
However, during busy periods (public holidays, school holidays or peak season), it may be necessary to delay access to your pitch in order to provide a high-quality welcome to all our guests.
